AOP50 is a major retrospective exhibition comprising of iconic images by the world's most well-known and respected photographers to celebrate 50 years of the Association of Photographers. To recognise this important milestone, the exhibition, curated by Zelda Cheatle, contains images that illustrate the impact, diversity and quality of work by it's members since 1968.

La Clemenza di Tito by Mozart set in Rome designed and directed by Patrick Kinmonth at Karlsruhe Opera.
Murmurations of starlings were used as omens in ancient Rome so Kinmonth made a moving projection and also designed fabrics using Tessa Traeger's starling images for sets and costumes for the entire cast.

Art Festival at Boughton House, Kettering
The festival featured an exhibition "The Calligraphy of Dance" by Tessa Traeger, alongside a recreation of 18th Century dance by Jennifer Thorp and dancers from Paris, a visit to Kim Wilkie's landform 'Orpheus' and a poetry performance of related verse by Ruth Rosen.

Images from Tessa's forthcoming exhibition, The Chemistry of Light Part II, will be featured in the September Issue of Harper's Magazine.
British Red Cross - Art for Life Campaign.
Tessa recently received a request from Pekka Huhtaniemi, H.E. The Finnish Ambassador and honorary member of the BRC International Fundraising Committee, to donate an artwork to the Art for Life campaign. The image will form part of an exhibition hosted at the Embassy of Japan on the 21st October, where a silent auction will raise money for the work of the British Red Cross.
The Water Tank Project, New York City.
Tessa is one of ten artists commissioned by Swatch to participate in The Water Tank Project. Designed to raise awareness of the global water crisis, Tessa created an image to be wrapped around a water tank in Manhattan. The tank art will be on display between August and December. Tessa's tank can be seen at 110 Fulton Street, near Wall Street.

Tessa recently completed a commission from the Beach Rotana Hotel, Abu Dhabi, to produce four large scale images based on the cartes de visites of Buffalo Bill's 19th century Wild West Show.
Face Time - An exhibition in aid of The Art Room at the Mall Galleries.
The Art Room, a national charity offering art as a therapeutic intervention to children and young people, invited 60 leading UK artists to transform a clock face for this important fundraising exhibition.
SohoCreate - 400 years of Creativity in Soho. The Huguenots, How it all Began. A festival for creative folk working across all mediums, SohoCreate provides a platform for artists to talk about what they do, and why they do it. In conversation with Tessa Murdoch and Mark Haworth-Booth, Tessa discussed her work on the Huguenots in her book, Voices of the Vivarais, and also the Huguenot connection with her forthcoming exhibition at Boughton House, Northamptonshire, The Calligraphy of Dance.
Prix Pictet at the Victoria & Albert Museum 2014
Tessa was shortlisted for the Prix Pictet Consumption Awards to be exhibited at the V&A, London. Tessa submitted ten of her images from the Voices of the Vivarais book and show, held at the Purdy Hicks Gallery in 2011.
Pink Lady Awards 2014
In order to recognise the talent, artistry and cultural significance of her food photography over the past five decades, Tessa was presented with the Pink Lady Food Photography Lifetime Achievement Award at the Mall Galleries, London. Tessa celebrated the award with her husband, Patrick Kinmonth.
